Northern Lights Hydroponics, LLC

I am looking to raise $3,000,000 to purchase land and build a 10,000 sq. ft. retail space as the current lease will be expiring in 1.5 years.  
My currently location is only 1,400 sq. ft. and I have no room for expansion.

I am a women owned retailer of Hydroponic Equipment and supplies. I am the only specialty hydroponic retailer in Erie, Pennsylvania/Erie County.  

I have been in business 4 1/2 years with continued sales growth every year between my retail location and online sales.  I currently employ 3 individuals
and do not pay myself or have I since I established my business.  

With Pennsylvania being on the verge of legalizing recreational cannabis,  I want to be prepared to offer my customers everything they need to cultivate
there own indoor cannabis from seedling to harvest.  The limited space I have currently have does not allow me stock larger equipment and all the different nutrient lines available.

I offer everything a traditional gardener needs to start growing hydroponically and with the rising cost of produce I have had more and more customers
purchasing hydroponic equipment and fertilizers to grow there own produce year round.
