Nonprofit Mortgage is a new and unique 501C3 mortgage company. Our mission is to provide down payment assistance to borrowers in need, helping them realize their homeownership dream.
As we grow our down payment fund, we continue to help more clients become homeowners. We specialize in assisting clients who thought they could never own a home.
Nonprofit Mortgage was founded knowing that a properly organized and operated mortgage company can assist disadvantaged customers. We direct company business income to the down payment fund while 100% of charitable gifts received go to the same fund.
Nonprofit Mortgage was founded by Director Ron Welbaum. Mr. Welbaum has been in the mortgage business since 1996 and has owned and operated Metropolitan Financial Mortgage Company since 2004.
