I recently retired from the US Army and am opening an organic brewery in Newberry, FL. I am looking for investors for the SBA capital requirement. Please let me know if this is within your investment criteria and if you would be interested in discussing further. Total startup costs: $3,800,000 SBA capital requirement: $760,000 SBA startup loan: $3,000,000

1000 total shares: Each share is $5,000
240 are owner shares: David Angers
760 are company shares available to investors

Years 1-2 projections
Profit: $295,320 - $595,320*
Return on $10k Investment: $590 - $1,190 annually

Years 3-5 projections
Profit: $1,033,956 – $1,333,956*
Return on $10k investment: $2,068 - $2,668 annually

The range in return is based on a minimum of 20% capital investment for SBA loan up to 100% capital investment (* fully funded with no loan).  The first two years you can expect 6-12% return and 21-27% for years 3-5.  Your return would continue to grow beyond the 5-year mark.  There will be a small reinvestment fee shared by all investors to maintain 1 year company operating capital ($1,462,320).  I expect this to start about $88.60/share per year (15% of total profit).  Once sufficient capital is reached, the operating account will pay out annual returns. With growth outlined in the business plan this is expected at 8.4 - 10.8 years.
