NEW SPORTS LEAGUE SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR GAMING / BOOKMAKING / BROADCAST

We are about to launch a new, never-before-seen Entertainment Product to the Sportsbook Marketplace, and have filed for both US and International Patent protection on the entire League concept, format, and accompanying technology that makes it all possible.

We are now actively seeking investors to fund "Proof-Of-Concept", where we plan to launch a scaled-down version of the League for a period of 3-to-6 months.

The immediate goal for "Proof-Of-Concept" will be to broadcast live events for review by Casinos/Sportsbooks/Entertainment Companies world-wide, with the ultimate goal of our product becoming a regular staple within the gaming community.

Please Note: Our participation on Ask For Funding is not limited to "Proof-Of-Concept".   If so inclined, any investor(s) who sees the ultimate potential of this endeavor may discuss with us the possibility of bringing the entire League to market if he, she, and/or their team has the capability and business relationships to foster an on-going partnership with the proper Casino, Sportsbook, and/or like Entertainment Group.

The initial ask for "Proof-Of-Concept" will be approximately USD$250,000.00 for each 3-month period.

As a whole, our Product is as follows:

The League
"LongShots" (working title) is a Professional Golf League consisting of approximately 100 fully-exempt, independently contracted, male and female professional-level golfers who compete in head-to-head events for money in a format specifically structured for odds-making and gambling.

The entire concept is very similar to HORSE RACING.

The Competition Day and Daily Program
Each competition day will consist of 8 events (5 minutes each) that are accompanied by a daily (digital) program containing the "morning" odds for each competitor and a brief break down of each competitor's most recent event results.

The Competition
Each 5-minute event is a Long Drive contest consisting of 8 professional-level golfers with similar average swing speeds, grouped by Swing Speed Classifications (SSCs), regardless of age or gender.

The Competition - Format
Each competitor has 1 minute to hit 3 balls from the teeing area into a defined fairway (grid).   2 competitors are on the tee at the same time, with a 20-second cut-over to the next 2 competitors, until all 8 competitors have hit 3 balls each.

The Competition - Look and Feel
Each Event will be broadcast in real-time, with the main camera positioned directly behind the 2 competitors on the teeing area and aimed directly at the defined fairway.  Each competitor will hit a different colored golf ball, and as each ball is struck, color-coded tracer-technology (matching the ball color) will trace the flightpath of each ball in real-time.  In addition, real-time swing speed, ball speed, and approximate distances will be displayed for each competitor.  Additional cameras may be positioned down the fairway, and additional on-screen graphics may include information such as wind speed and direction, temperature, and a current "leaderboard" for each event.   When completed, each event will be followed by a 15-20 minute "intermission" prior to the beginning of the next event (similar to the time "between" races at a horse track).

Summary
"LongShots" is a Professional Golf League specifically designed and structured for bookmaking, gambling, broadcast, broadcast licensing, and possible franchising (upon expansion) – wrapped in a business model used by horse racing tracks world-wide.

"Proof-Of-Concept" will take place in the Tampa Bay Area of Central Florida, with approximately 36 contracted professional-level golfers.  We plan to hold 6 Events for each 2-hour broadcast day, broadcasting 1-day per week, for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks.

Background Information:

Long Shot Entertainment, LLC (LSE) is a start-up registered in the State of Florida in January of 2024.  The original blueprint for the current League, however, goes back nearly a decade, when the company was registered as a Delaware Corporation.  Due to gaming regulations/restrictions within the continental United States at that time, the principal founder (John Karafilis) decided to shelve the idea for future release rather than taking it offshore.  The 2018 Supreme Court decision on PASPA, followed by the recent expansion of sportsbook across the United States led John to revive the LSE concept in the fall of 2023 and file for Patent in 2024/2025.

LSE retains legal counsel in both Clearwater and Boca Raton, Florida.  (Please note: The corporate website is currently under development for "Proof-Of-Concept".)

John Karafilis was a Collegiate State Golf Champion at Penn State University, leading his team to a 29-1 conference record and a berth in the National Junior College Championships (a first in Penn State history).  John holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Penn State, and was hired prior to graduation by IBM, where he worked as a VLSI Chip designer, becoming one of the principal members of IBM's first main-frame encryption team.  He later played and taught golf professionally for 8 years before switching careers once again, founding his own SAP Consulting company which specializes in code development for SAP Payroll and Materials based platforms.  During his tenure in SAP ERP, John also competed briefly in the sport of Long Drive, qualifying for the World Championships twice, and currently has his own driver design on the USGA Conforming Clubs list.
