THERE WOULD BE NO NFL WITHOUT AFRICAN-AMERICAN PLAYERS. 

The NFL sees no need to have Black ownership of an NFL franchise. But African-Americans do have a need, and the time has come for our need to be fulfilled.

To step into the exclusive and nearly all-white realm of professional sports ownership, it may be necessary to remind the governing bodies of the NFL and other professional sports that AfricanAmericans are a major source of financial support for the teams and the advertisers who underwrite broadcasts. We are also major suppliers of the talent which keeps pro sports exciting and compelling. It bears mentioning that NFL participation has left many African-American players with pain-wracked bodies and repeatedly-bruised brains, to an extent that many players say that NFL stands for “No Fun Later.” A “plantation mentality” has allowed owners, previously, to compensate Black players less than others for CTE (Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy), a condition that can rob players of their sanity and joy for the remainder of their days.

If you want to see African-Americans ascend to their rightful place within the sports world, I hope you will align yourself with me in my efforts to create an ACQUISITION TEAM.

My name is Alfred Brown. I am an African-American and I am an agent of change. I am seeking African-American angel investors, but will welcome any investors desirous of joining the acquisition team.

We will acquire an NFL franchise. I will also establish a PRIVATE FOUNDATION that will be funded through the newly-acquired NFL franchise. The foundation will then provide economic grants to African-American entrepreneurs to be reinvested back into their own communities. This will have a great positive impact on African-American communities, increasing wealth, reducing crime, and building businesses that will serve our communities.

• Type of Funding: Revenue-Based Financing.
• Terms: 5 to 7 Years – or to be Negotiated.
• Time for Closing: 30 Banking Days – or to be Negotiated.
• Legal: To be Determined.

SPECIAL STIPULATIONS

• Bank Account: Investor(s) Shall Open a Business Banking Account under the name of Hawk’s
  Sports and Entertainment Group, then deposit 3,000,000.00 U.S.D.
• Investor(s) Shall Have Full Signatory Control Over Their Deposited Funds At All Times.
• Investor(s) May Withdraw Their Funds At Any Time Without Penalty
• Except For Loss Of Investment Opportunity.
• Investor(s) Shall Pay Alfred Brown 16% of 3,000,000.00 U.S.D. per annum for two years,
• to be Disbursed Monthly at the Rate of $40,000.00 per month.
• Alfred Brown Shall Bring to the Table Two Principal Investors to Become Acquisition Partners.
• The Acquisition Partners Shall Invest 900,000,000.00 U.S.D. to Purchase an NFL Franchise.
