We manufacture the Nebulus emergency flotation device for Police and Fire Department water and ice rescues, and for self rescue by snowmobile and ATV users who have broken through thin ice.  Hundreds of people drown each year when their snow machines break through thin ice. Thousands more drown in rivers, lakes and other bodies of water. The Nebulus device has been used to save over 400 lives since it was first developed in 2004. The Nebulus device is manufactured entirely in Lakeville, Minnesota and our customers include Police and Fire departments, Sheriff's departments and State Troopers, Game Wardens and Natural Resources officers, the RCMP, the US Forest Service, the US Coast Guard, the NAVY Seals, and people who ice fish and recreate on winter ice.  The Nebulus is encased in a protective Nylon container which can be hand carried by a rescuer to a victim, or inflated and pushed out to a victim, or easily attached to any snowmobile, ATV or multi passenger snow and ice vehicle for self rescue. The Nebulus is operated by pulling a rip cord which inflates a 5 foot by 6 foot Nylon taurus shaped device which can support 4 adults above the water line and any snowmobile or ATV tethered below the surface. The Nebulus saves the lives of the victims involved, and prevents the snow machine from sinking to the bottom, allowing for easy extraction. We seek funding to hire sales and marketing professionals, and to hire manufacturing personal and purchase materials. We also seek funding for research and development of a Nebulus system built into the seat of a snowmobile or ATV that automatically inflates upon contact with water.
