      We will be the ONLY company in the world to offer this impossible to replicate product, providing the only - safer, cleaner, and natural solution to one of the largest agricultural needs as we will be the exclusive retailer of a unique, ancient, and extremely rich mineral deposit - sourced in the USA and found nowhere else in this form.  The world needs these nutrients. They will outperform anything and everything currently on the market. Until now, the only way to even acquire these forms of Copper would require utilizing expensive methods of manufacturing or synthesizing industrial waste, utilizing dangerous acids and creating it in a lab, usually from China. And even then, would not include all of the Noble Nanoparticle ingredients that Ma' Nature has provided in this complex mix. Complete with 3 distinct forms of natural Copper - Cuprous Oxide and Cupric Oxide bonded with Oxygen, Native Copper, as well as Gold, Silver, Silica, Iron, and a host of naturally occurring Gemstones - there is a SYNERGY in our MIX! These ingredients have been scientifically proven to enhance growth and make for better, nutrient dense plants that will create tastier and healthier food, and that is a fact! We currently have 600 tons of these concentrated minerals available, already mined and stockpiled, that will fetch $60 MILLION to $84 MILLION in the retail marketplace, just with what we already have. There are at least 274,000 tons ready to be mined.  With a cost of $5/lb. to us, this product provides huge profit potential. At a retail value of at least $50/lb. that is $27.4 BILLION in product sales potential. And considering that the typical application rate is 5 lbs. per acre per year...there is enough to supply 109,600,000 acres at a minimum with our unique forms of Copper, more than enough to cover the entire state of California.

The NEED for Copper:
Every living organism requires trace amounts of copper to survive and thrive. Copper is 1 of 8 essential micronutrients required by plants in order to grow properly. Utilized in enzymatic activities, copper is even needed for chlorophyll and seed production.   Humans need copper to make red blood cells and maintain healthy nerve cells. Copper bolsters the immune system and is utilized to create collagen. It even acts like an antioxidant fighting free radicals in our bodies.  

 
The MARKET:
Characterized by EXTREME demand, Copper-based micronutrients account for 20% of all micronutrient sales which equates to $5.54 BILLION in 2021 and will be $5.7 BILLION in 2022.   With a 7.3% CAGR, the Copper micronutrient market is expected to reach $9.11 BILLION by 2028!

The GOAL:
We currently have 600 tons of this natural Cuprous Oxide, Cupric Oxide, and Native Copper mix, ready to be bagged and tagged. We have a ZERO competition. Nothing can compare. We have product differentiation, ingenious and unique marketing angles, extreme demand, and a cornucopia of supply. We are looking to raise enough capital to roll out our product on the market, via a multitude of distribution channels. In order to do this, we will need to build/lease a factory for a bag and tag facility, obtain specialized bagging equipment, an office space, and hire more personnel. The mineral company that has exclusive distribution rights with the mining company that excavated the minerals and owns the mine, must receive a deposit.  We will need an advertising/marketing budget.  Money must be spent on addressing the legalities of labeling and registering a Copper-based micronutrient product with the EPA as well as the proper formation of an end-user retail company while limiting liabilities. In order to effectively accomplish these goals and properly roll out this product onto the open market, we are looking to raise $5 Million.

We are confident that we can repay the investment within 3 years and at least DOUBLE it within 5 years. Once the facility, equipment, personnel, branding, and distribution channels are in place, we anticipate sales potential of $100's of MILLIONS per year. Easily.  Our company will be called Nature's Natural Copper Co. We will be the exclusive retailer of this product. We have a contract with the mineral company that has sole distribution rights for these minerals. They obtain and crush the minerals from the mining company that owns the mine.
 
Who I Am:
I, Jacob Wilson, have negotiated an EXTREMELY FAVORABLE DEAL with the companies involved because I am an owner of the mine, VP of the mining company, CEO of the mineral company, and will be the largest shareholder of Nature's Natural Copper Co.  I have done a tremendous amount of due diligence and performed an extreme amount of research and testing with regard to this product. There is potential for a complete and varied product line utilizing these minerals.  I am happy to lay out in much more detail, the specifics of exactly what these products are, what they are composed of, their names, target market, and applications, and provide a detailed business plan and accounting of the pertinent economic information and feasibility of this opportunity, but only to serious potential investors.  I have 2 decades of sales/marketing experience along with 2 decades of agricultural experience and over a decade in the mining industry.
