This will be a start up full service Thai Restaurant that will be family owned and operated with my Thai daughter as the owner operator, and myself as the owner overseer, the intetnion is having a full chef in place for Quality and food safety excellence. The menu will be based on Thai favorites cuisine in a mid level full service atmosphere depicting Thai culture soft music and big screen video's, with smart expansion consideration. This space is in a growing new location of Queen Creek Arizona. All directions of Gueen creek  is experiencing major new housing development at Medium to high income level's with homes upward and over 1M in value. The location is at the south entrance area of Queen Creek Marketplace in which is the retail commercial hub of the community, with that been said in my opinion this is an A level location. The direct competition is almost non existence at this time with no full service Asian cuisine avaialble, and no Thai Restaurant's in the community whatsover, with the latest 2 year growth the aqpprox. population is approx 100K, so this market is starving for this concept in which is the Asian cuisine of choice nowaday's. In the surrounding areas, such as Tempe and Gilbert, this concept is thriving even with direct competition at 3 miles or further ranging from 3500.00 to 6,000 per day in revenue. The management team has over 40 years of managemant experience at all levels, up District Manager for the Wendy's concept ,and haved owned and operated 7 Restaurants. With the experience been said we understand the importance of daily operational excellence to insure maximum sales growth from that standpoint.  The owner operator is brilliant with social media output, and the ability to get this brand name out to the community then build and maximize the cliental base. Considering the initial startup cost's and not being a franchise with a moderate sales volume of approx. 1.5 M per year we feel confident, with appropriate cost contols in place this unit will Net profit 365,000 per annum. I am an expert in this industry so I feel these numbers are very realistic, perhaps on the low side considering the need for this concept. The Queen Creek community is operating from my research 98% Franchise, this tells me a lot of money is being put into this area, but where is the family owned and operated business's with the heart and experience. In my opinion this is just another edge we have. Business plans, Budget's personal finacial's lease's etc. are available as well per request.
