I am developing an app to help track nutrition based on goals for fueling your body. The app concept started when I was pregnant with my first daughter. I had created a spreadsheet on all the nutrients my growing baby needed and I wanted to be sure I hit those nutritional goals. Instead of a program that focuses on deprivation, this idea is about fueling your body based on different goals. Some basic examples for the different categories would be a teenager, adults, females and males, pregnant women, athletes, competitive athletes, and endurance runners. etc.
