Muse Veterinary Group is a unique acquisition company led by Dr. Ashley Randall,  with a mission to purchase and rebrand veterinary hospitals in communities of color. Our goal goes beyond ownership to honor and uphold the legacy of veterinarians of color who have paved the way for us. In a country where less than 2% of veterinarians are black, we strive to address the lack of representation and champion veterinary health equity in our communities. 

Dedicated to celebrating diverse backgrounds and traditions of our staff and clients, we prioritize respect, open communication, and equality in all our services. Muse Veterinary Group is committed to providing opportunities and resources that enable all animals to thrive, regardless of the origins or initial health conditions.

Grounded in our core principles of culture, community, diversity, and veterinary equity, Muse sets itself apart from competitors by introducing a groundbreaking concept to the industry. We pay tribute to veterinarians of color by showcasing their contributions at each of the practices we acquire in or MUSEums.  Through displaying artifacts such as photos, awards, and equipment from decades past, we honor the hard work and dedication that have shaped neighborhoods one animal at a time.
