Moving and Packing Tips

I am writing a book using my insider knowledge with checklists to assist individuals and families with moving and packing tips. I am an ex-employee of the self-storage industry where I also rented moving trucks, sold boxes, and gave instructions on packing and stacking to my customers. 

The information will help with many of the necessary decisions facing the reader. They will learn the best use of their money and advice on hiring help.
The target market for this book and checklists would be single and married women between the ages of 30 to 50 years of age who are moving more than a studio apartments' worth of household goods.

The competition is about 6 moving books, and 2 books from AARP, and the website moving.com.  The AARP books are aimed toward the children of the Seniors to help with moving their parent(s). There are numerous moving tips videos on YouTube that do offer good tips. Some of my tips are similar but many are different and unique.
The moving companies have websites but they are not my competition. They only serve to educate the consumer about commercial movers and their particular companies' services.

I want to offer a 111 Moving Tips brochure as a leader at $.99 or free with an email address to build an email file.
I will offer the checklists for $8.99, the book for $9.99, and the bundle for $16.99. 
I will have it read and then listed on the ACX audible platform. There is 1 book in the Audible listing for moving. It delves into the psyche of moving.
I will make videos to help show some tips to promote the book and offer the brochure to viewers to get their email address.
I will make short clips for TikTok.
I want to contact national real estate agencies to allow them to give the brochure to their potential customers for free.

I have the 111 Moving Tips brochure ready to go.
I have the book and checklists 50% written. 
The funding will be used for the completion, editing, formatting, video assistance, audible conversion, and promoting expenses.
