Mochinatics Corp DBA Mochinatics is an S-Corp entity

We special in Mochi Desserts like Mochi Donuts, Mochi Pancakes, Mochi Waffles, Mochi infused cookies, Boba, and Iced desserts. 

We started this unique mochi dessert concept in 2020 during the pandemic selling from home. Our first year, we made $250K+ 

We were the first to bring Mochi Donuts to San Diego and have expanded our Menu from Mochi donuts, Mochi waffles, mochi infused cookies, Mochi pancake bites, Taiwanese based tea drinks (boba) and other signature iced desserts like Cheesecake blends and Hawaiian style Shave ice and Halo-halo. This is our own brand and concept we created over the past 3 years. We are getting a lot of inquiries in franchising but we want to build our 1st store first. 

We currently only do pop ups like Farmer's markets and Local food events during the weekends and operate from 2-4 days per week. 

Our desserts were so popular that in  2021 We decided to look for a brick and mortar space to be able to provide our desserts to our community on a daily basis. 

Our store is currently under construction and completion date is at the end of this year. We are hoping to open our store in the beginning of 2024

2 years ago when we signed a lease. A contractor gave us a quote of $146k. 2 years later, the cost to build our store is now in the $225-$250k range. We are seeking for an additional $150k to complete our project. This will be for tenant improvements and equipment. 

In 3 years, building this business part time we have revenued more than $700K

Projected revenues when our store opens - $680K first year, $950K second year..
