Milwaukee Truck Service

We are a heavy duty truck repair shop, Interested in the future of electric trucks. In the last year we got into the freight logistics business.  In just under a year we have gotten 14 trucks and trailers to use locally and over the road.  Our customers are businesses of all kinds,  small, large and in between.  On the service side we repair mainly heavy duty trucks but are very capable of handling other things like generators, cars, hydraulic equipment etc.  On the logistics side we are new to it.  We have again,  14 trucks available and only want to expand.   We would like to begin dispatching in house rather than hiring an outside source.  We can use help financially getting all the trucks up and running and staffed while covering payroll costs and the other expenses like health insurance,  utilities etc. until we get a consistent truck fleet on the road making money.   We are family ran and plan on growing without compromising that family owned concept.   It's important to make your employees feel important one thing we do is cook breakfast every Friday for everyone and have a meeting.   One thing we would like to do is customize our fleet of semi  trucks a little more, paint them differently maybe even put small murals on them so we stand out.  We are a young company,  but there is great potential here for us to grow into a company providing excellent over the road service,  we just need  help getting there.
