The heart and soul of the  Med-Fit app is the logic.    The logic uses preset repetition ranges that help the user determine when to increase weight and by how much.   The user can switch between training types: endurance, hypertrophy, strength, and power.  Each exercise is recorded so the user will know how much weight to use the next they perform that exercise.  The user can select from pre-designed workouts or create their own.  The user can perform health and fitness assessments including Rockport walk test, 1-RM chest press, and 1-RM leg press.  The user can input cardio results from the treadmill, elliptical, stationary, etc.  All data points are recorded and can be compared to monitor progress.
Med-Fit is designed for corporation wellness programs, fitness center franchises, trainers, or individuals.
