The project is structured as an LLC in Delaware and we are currently seeking an Angel Investor(s) for $1,000,000 in development funding to finish our producer’s package for the movie. This investment will be repaid upon commencement of production and the full project budget is $10M which will include private equity investments, tax credits and other standard industry financing.
