Raising seed capital to design a mobile commissary app to support the acquisition of vehicle assets and warehouse/office.

PURPOSE: The idea of waste water hauling and using technology to do it stemmed from my very own experiences of owning and operating a food truck as well as technological advancements in today's market. I noticed that whenever I participated in events, my mobile food unit's potable water and wastewater capacity could only last as long as 3-4 hours, unless there was a resource available for replenishment. In hindsight, I never had these resources, therefore, whenever my waste water tank was full or had no more water, my job was done for that day-part. I've created the evolution of industry standards and by far one of the most strategic ways to increase profit and reduce risks, all from a mobile app.

BUSINESS MODEL
www.foodtruckdoc.com

Food Truck DoC [Doctor] (FTD) is a technology for the commercial activity of removing and transporting food truck grey water to water treatment plants. FTD offers a transportation mobile app for Food Truck Operators to submit a service request to remove grey water, which is automatically sent to a FTD driver near them, alerting the driver to their location. The accepting  FTD driver will then come and pick up grey water as a mobile commissary to their requested destination.  It is illegal to dump wastewater into lakes, rivers, public sewers, and or bayous. Our company will bridge the gap that has been a growing concern since the pandemic. Our business model is more than profit driven, we intend to equalize the market for both the food truck operator and the government by boosting small business growth and regulatory compliance.

The FTD app will automatically figure out the navigational route for the driver, calculating the distance and fees associated with the service cost per gallon of waste water to be removed and transported. Pricing and cost to the customer is predetermined at .99 cent per gallon for each individual order. Furthermore, cost of living adjustments and market caps may warrant an increase per gallon in the future. Customer details, such as business name, point of contact, location, size of water tank, and payment information. are provided to generate an online invoice, which will transfer the payment to the driver from the customer's selected payment method.

FTD will become the only approved mobile commissary that removes and transports grey water for food truck entrepreneurs, therefore, the company will be registered with the city and county as a resource for environmental protection. The process for receiving and disposing wastewater is tracked at all commissaries with respect to each mobile unit's compliance  with local health departments. FTD will function in the same capacity, which will have a requirement to track and reconcile serialized receipts to issue a copy to each mobile unit. This process is an audible section in accordance with State Health Department Regulations.

When FTD Drivers dispatch up to 1000-1500 gallons of wastewater, they will go offline to transport wastewater to the designated Water Treatment Plant. Water is to be removed from company vacuum trucks at the end of the day or before the start of the day. Ideally, a fleet of vacuum trucks would collect, transport, dispose and recycle many more gallons of wastewater in a day. Based on the data provided with one truck in the field meeting the demand of 20-30 orders per day, our revenue target suggests our daily assumption in projections at $1,500 per day, per truck, which yields up to $42k per month and a half-million dollars per fiscal year.

CUSTOMERS

Our target audience are Food Truck Operators with a mission: To serve mobile food units around the country while reducing pollution for an environmentally safe society.

The Food Truck market in 2020 surpassed 1.2 billion dollars with an estimated yearly annualized growth of 6.6 percent. There are over 32,286 confirmed Food Trucks in the U.S. with the state of Texas ranking #3 in the country. FTD is a environmental technology company offering its services and products to Business Owners in the food truck industry. Customer data in the market segment of removing and transporting wastewater has limited trends and prevalence. As a result of identifying new customers, we will essentially become a company of processes that are patented for a specific industry such as mobile food units. New and subsequent research will provide intelligence of more recent trend reports.  Our proposed clientele for the highest outreach results are non-commissary food truck parks, in which real estate investors and property owners may have an interest in helping mobile units park longer for more customers to enjoy shopping from each food truck.  We help our customers serve their customers better and longer!
