Established Franchise location since 1991. The current owner decided to close the doors because it was too far from his home. It is no longer a franchise. All of the equipment and furnishings are there. I can purchase the equipment for pennies on the dollar. I have ran this location as a working General Manager for the franchise for 2y and it has a great patron base. It is my intention to build upon it's clientele by offering brunch on Sunday and an upscale menu Monday thru Thursday. I would continue to stay open late on Friday and Saturday to service the college patrons which provide an excellent additional source of sales.
