I love capitalism, and would choose it over communism any day. We are all free to do what we want. But what happens when everyone wants to do one thing, and not something else? This kind of thing happens a lot here in America. Certain markets are saturated, and others are in demand, but people don't know one from the other. I've been in the job market for a few years, and it can be very chaotic at times, especially for families trying to put food on the table. Companies will have a surplus of employees, and have to make cuts all the time, even if the employees did a good job. Other companies are desperately looking for workers, sometimes even to the point where the company does not survive. A lot of parents have to work multiple jobs to take care of their kids. If someone wants to start a business, there is a very high chance that it will go under. Make It will show people where the money is, where the stable jobs are, and which businesses are more likely to survive.

I am working on putting a team together to build an app/website. This app/website will provide data on which markets are saturated and which are in demand in an area. There will be three different account types that will all cost different amounts.

The first is a "looking for work" account. We will help them find a stable good paying job. Because if a job market in a certain field is too saturated, the pay is lower, and there is a high rate of turnover.

The second account type is "starting a business." This will help entrepreneurs start a business in the place where it will make them the most profit, or show them what type of business is in demand in their area. It will also connect them with "looking for work" accounts as potential employees.

The third account type is "investing." This account will connect a user with businesses started by those with "starting a business" accounts. It's a great opportunity because they will be able to invest from the ground floor in a business that is in an area where it will be more likely to succeed. The company itself can invest as well, knowing that they will be more likely to have a good ROI.

Also, eventually I would like to include a "student" account type that shows which college majors are most in demand. A lot of students are studying for a job that won't exist in a few years. Graduates are often blindsided by the real world when they discover that their degree doesn't help as much as they thought it would. We could also serve as a Yelp for employers, where the workers can post feedback on how well they were treated when they worked for a particular business. But these are goals for later, and first we need to start with something solid that we can build from.

And like most websites, we can make money from online advertisements.

We will start out here in Colorado, and eventually expand to the rest of the country, with different offices in each state. Each state will be divided into its cities, large towns, and rural areas that may include multiple smaller towns.

For the first office in Colorado, my plan is to have 12 employees that I have organized into 4 groups:

Clerical:
-1 accountant
-1 attorney
-1 banker
-1 assistant

Web Design and IT:
-2 employees

Market Research:
-4 employees

Marketing and social media:
-2 employees

First I will need to sit down with an accountant, attorney, and banker to work out certain details like:

-employee pay
-what paperwork we need for the business and for new hires
-exactly how much money we will need from investors to get started

Then I will need to conduct interviews and hire all of the positions we need.

The first task will be to conduct market research. We will need as many eyes on this as possible. We will use our IT and marketing employees to help the data analysts until we have enough figures to work with.

Then we will work on the website with IT. It will need to have a user friendly experience for all three account types. We will also need to work with the accountant to figure out how much each account type will cost. It has to be enough to turn a profit, while still being affordable.

We will need a solid marketing campaign. If the website is finished, we will be able to show investors a tangible product. The more we can put into marketing, the better. We can also work on having an online presence on social media platforms. We will need to advertise to the three different account types. Targeted ads can be useful for this.

While we do this, the data analysts will continue watching markets. The goal is to have figures updated monthly.

The future of the company will depend on forming a reputation. We can't compromise on our integrity, and we have to make sure our numbers are accurate. The longer we are around, the better we will get at finding and analyzing the important data. There will be no cutting corners, fudging numbers or taking bribes. We need the people to trust in the "Make It" name.

We hope to accomplish what the government has not been able to. A person should be able to work one job, for 40 hours a week, without having to constantly worry about their bills and debt. We will be driven by the idea that everyone can have a good job, and everyone can have enough money to live a good life.
