Madukes grab and go homecooking

I'm seeking capital to help grow my new location drive-thru restaurant on Highway 63 in Havana Florida 3233 3. I have a lease purchase agreement and the owner is willing to sell the building to me at any time of my lease. It's in a great location and it's a win-win situations for investors. I was in a smaller restaurant so this would be an expansion location of the business for me. The working capital will cover payroll inventory utilities, rent, bootha seating, tables and chairs painting, signage, radio marketing , ads and flyers Ma' Dukes Grab and Go Home- cooking was started during the covid- 19 pandemic in 2020 and has survived up until the pipes burst in the walls of my old location in December and the landlord refused to fix it, so this is my good reason for leaving that location and step into my next blessing  of business. I've been not able to get approve through a leading company due to credit and challenges that comes with running a business for the past 2 years. I'm excited about this new location because it's a win, win investment.  I'm a woman of faith and I believe God will connect me with the right person to carry out the vision that comes along with the restaurant. This location will bring at least 25,000 or more in revenue every month.  We plan to make it a 24hr restaurant after a month because it's needed for people traveling and residence of the community. Who's looking for a 24hr breakfast spot, serving lunch and dinner every day. This is a town where everythin  is closed except gas stations and looking for a  consistent restaurant in their community. It's  not much to chose from except burger king, subway,  and pizza hut. This community don't have a waffle house,  Denny's, or Ihop to dine in and I  plan to give this community a homecooking experience like it's done at home with love.  I plan to give back to the community and help women and men released from prison, needing a new way of life as they transition back into our community and stop recidivism  their lives with support. I plan to open up a non profit home away from home and give them guidance back into society by offering housing, job placement,counseling and a christ-like living environment to accomplish this in society for 1year. I'm a walking testimony that God can do it for them too if they're serious. God did it 11years for me and I refuse to go back into the world of redivism. I'm looking for board of directors for my non profit transition program. Feel to help with both, knowing that every plate we sell to a customer is making a difference for a  released inmate, like myself in the past. I  thank all my mentors,pastors, and leaders that has poured and still pouring positive words in my life. Together let's do this and be the change in the world globally. God is a man of second chances.
