We are a macaron bakery, frozen custard, and coffee shop in the heart of Napa Valley. This is our proof of concept store and we continue to grow while maintaining a 5 star rating on Google and Yelp. We wish to expand our wholesale side into a gourmet Napa Valley brand (which currently accounts for 50% of our business), and eventually open more stores. We need funding to secure our own production facility, to attend the Fancy Food Show, and take the next steps of growth to expand our brand nationally.
