Ma Fête is a one-stop online children’s party supply store that offers high quality, luxurious, beautifully designed products combined in unique themes with a sustainable consciousness. We help parents throw fun, inspiring events by simplifying the planning and execution with coordinated motifs and an environmentally-friendly approach.
 
Our curated party boxes consist of in-house designed supplies that include all the necessary items for throwing a fabulous party. Ma Fête offers multiple types of themed boxes, from birthday to holiday to more general designs, with additional products and services such as gifts, games, toys, as well as style guides, recycling information and services, tool kits, tips for recipes, and unique unboxing experiences. This will evolve into a platform that captures most of the value around events (think subscriptions, new products, third party marketplace, vendor selection, and more), leveraging our e-commerce foundation to diversify revenue and customers. We recently added a digital invites offering that can be purchased through our e-comm store, allowing party organizers to further streamline the process of throwing an event and serving as an initial foray into a more robust, sticky platform.

Planning and executing a kid's party is time consuming and usually entails ordering from different stores with multiple package deliveries, causing headaches and excess waste. Ma Fête designs captivating themes that can be ordered together or à la carte, delivering a delightful experience without the hassle. Parents no longer have to research and choose a theme with associated activities, sourcing from a variety of vendors and tracking down different packages with exorbitant shipping fees.
 
Parties are supposed to be fun, and Ma Fête allows parents to create the best atmosphere for their children without spending hours on planning.

Each theme includes all the non-consumable items that you need, packaged in a beautiful and environmentally friendly way that reduces waste. Every item is unique, designed in-house that you cannot find anywhere else, with unmatched quality that goes well beyond the basic wares offered by Party City.
 
The success of our soft launch validates product-market fit, and not only are we organically expanding our customer base but we are seeing healthy re-orders from our wholesale partners. We are constantly responding to inbound interest from customers, as well as brands that are interested in collaborating with us on creating new collections. With additional funding we will be able to actively pursue partnerships and expand our outreach.

Ma Fête is currently a product company selling b2b to wholesale clients to reach a broad customer base without a large investment in advertising, coupled with an e-commerce site that sells DTC. We design our own themes and use contract manufacturers to produce high quality products in large quantities, we warehouse and fulfill orders ourselves powered by Shopify, allowing us to maintain high gross margins. We plan to create additional revenue streams that are accretive to our bottom line, leveraging an aggregator model to offer customers third party products while cementing our position as the go-to site for events. As our customer base expands, we will introduce a subscription model to create recurring revenue and a stickier product.
 
As a lean startup with a high margin product the main effort needed to achieve profitability is scaling our customer awareness. Our growth strategy combines continued organic growth through our expanding wholesale partners and inspiring content disseminated on social media, coupled with targeted outreach to influencers and brands that have established profiles trusted by our customer demographic.
 
 There are 18 million households in the US that have over $100k in annual income and theme-party-aged children, and the average American family will host 7.2 parties per year, for a total of 129.6 million parties per year. The average parent spends $400 on a birthday party for their child, but if we halve that spend to $200 we still arrive at a TAM of $25.9 billion.
 
Ma Fête soft launched in June 2022 with a few retail and wholesale clients, and has grown to over 18 accounts and counting generating over $60k in revenue. The success of this "profitable marketing" strategy validates product-market fit while raising brand awareness, and provides a platform for us to grow our consumer engagement. We have ensured our inventory and fulfillment processes are sound, and conversion rate optimization will be ongoing as we get ready to invest in growth.
