We got tired of chasing invoices, convincing customers to pay, going the extra mile at our expense just to get paid late or not at all.  We also got tired of contractors walking away with deposits or disappearing in the middle of the job.
We have created a custom system utilizing project management and banking software to provide a contract management "meets" escrow approach to the residential marketplace to benefit both the property owner and the contractor.  We are raising capital to properly market this effort as well as to fund the development of an app design that will not only streamline the process but include service and handy based businesses in a 3-payment feature (subscription, protection fee, lead fee) creating automation and a self-sustaining platform.
