I have taken great care to create a proposal that encompasses my business plan/model, as fully as possible. However, I don’t feel a business plan can fully encapsule the true “Why?” of my business, and therefore demonstrate the need of this in our community.

            I have been on a journey of self-growth for many years, and one thing I have found is that the struggle comes not from the lack of resources, but the lack of guidance. What my company offers could easily be found from a Google search. However, what people face in doing so… is an onslaught of information. We end up drinking from the self-help firehouse. Inevitably, we give up before we can make any real progress. I have made it my business to learn how to make these lifestyle goals/changes accessible to the common man & woman. In doing so, I’ve learned that what is really needed to make a lifestyle change, or to adjust our own personal circumstances… is a small spark. 

            That is why I have chosen these three avenues (Yoga, Skating, & Hula Hoops) as my methods of operations. It has been through these activities, that I have seen people’s spark and passions come to life. And, in finding those passions, the small fire within spreads and takes root in every aspect of their lives. I have witnessed shy meek individuals become board room members. I have witnessed battered women leave toxic situations. All of this because they believed in themselves, a natural byproduct of attempting something new (and with the right teacher, succeeding!)

            My community needs the services I offer, because I focus on health and safety and go at a pace according to the individual. In other programs, I see people being pushed ahead faster than their capabilities allow. I see injury, and worse… I see people losing the spark that drew them to those activities. My services not only teach fun new healthy hobbies, but they also teach people boundaries, and how to apply them in the real world. 

            My services range from Yin yoga, Yoga Trapeze, Feet Up Yoga, Beginner Roller Skating, Beginner Roller Derby, Beginner Hula Hoop, Meditation coaching, private yoga, hoop, & skate lessons. I have close relationships with various individuals in the Skate community. (ChicksInBowls Houston, SSRD & Roller Pump, Houston Men’s Roller Derby, Conroe Roller Derby, Various skating rinks in the community, etc.) My goal is to generate comradery among all these outlets of individuality and creativity to bolster community morale.

            To do this, I need a facility to work out of. Currently bouncing around from park to park does not make for consistent business. The interest is there, but the home base is not. I am currently operating mostly out of my home, but I know that if I can bring this dream forward with the authority & professionalism of a store front… I can change the lives of hundreds, if not thousands. Annually!

health and fitness center located in La Marque, Texas, USA that specializes in offering wellness program and fitness techniques to our clients that will serve as a comprehensive health initiative designed to maintain or improve their personal well-being through Yoga practices and other fitness practices for both kids and adults. The varieties of fitness/wellness services we offer in our center are:

·        Yoga classes for beginners and new skaters with a focus on strength, health, restoration, relaxation, release, well-being, and meditation. Examples of our yoga practice are restorative, chair and children's yoga (coming soon)

For each of these fitness classes, we offer drop-ins, as well as a monthly package. We are also in the process of setting up these classes and additional content such as eBooks, etc. to be accessed online, as a sort of all access membership.

At LITFOXZEN LLC, we also offer meditation and mindset coaching with the aim to help break past any internal barriers or blocks that come up while pursuing goals. Our meditation coaching produces a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind, which allows one to focus on attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding one’s mind and causing stress. This process results in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.

At LITFOXZEN LLC, we also offer general life coaching courses that allow goal setting, confidence building and authentic self-coaching. We help individuals create the changes they want in all aspects of their lives. We will help our clients achieve positive transformative change and partner with our clients to create a successful personal growth strategy with the intention they will reach their goals putting them onto the life path they truly desire and enabling them to become the best version of themselves as they are inspired to reach their perspective of success.

Company hISTORY

I was a stay-at-home wife and mother for 9 years. I focused my energies on running a household, and raising children. After my marriage of 10 years dissolved in divorce, I found myself with Zero job history. I had fully identified with that aspect of my life, only to have it torn away. I was lost and had no direction. It took me a year to have the epiphany that changed my life. 

I am the only one capable and responsible of my life. I had to be the one to start making a difference. It was at that point I started studying life coaching, in an effort to create my own goals and begin implementing changes. Along the way I realized, more people needed this guidance. 

Over the years, I clung to roller-skating and roller derby as my form of fitness, not realizing it helped me to establish the confidence to believe in myself. After 4 years of participating, I stepped down to coach Jr. Roller Derby with Southside Roller Derby. 

Ever since that day, I have not looked back, constantly searching for ways to allow my most authentic self to emerge. Most recently, I have begun helping others find/hear and listen to that inner voice for themselves.
