This company's business is production open pit gold mining with large heavy equipment ,as well as production logging of private timber lots. 
Currently ,this company owns over $3,000,000.00 in liquid assets, such as Heavy equipment, standing green merchantable timber, Deeded private land and other items. The company owes $100,000.00 balance to complete the 100% ownership purchase of a gold open pit reserve (there is a geologists estimate of 33,400 ounces of raw placer gold within the deposit ,with an  estimated value of $83,673,560 ,at todays gold prices ) all  within British Columbia, Canada.This new purchase ground has been tested to varify the volumes and grades that were recorded by the onsite Geologist . With these volumes and grades, we believe that our company can extract more than one million dollars in gold per month of production. In addition to this mining ground the company also has in place a fully set up production open pit gold mine ready to being producing by June ,2021. From this site the company has found over 2,000 ounces of raw nugget gold while digging test pits and running small scale test of the ground. There are plans to drill the ground at this site ,in order for the company to obtain an accurate estimate as to the volume and grade of this reserve. The company has already purchased  the drilling equipment that is capable of drilling the entire area in the summer of 2021.     Also the company currently is dealing on an option to purchase 50% of a large hard rock gold deposit with  an estimated gold reserve of greater than ten million ounces .Our intentions for this hard rock gold deposit , firstly is to build a better road system directly to the deposit. This new road will allow better access for crew and drilling equipment. Once completed a drilling program will be followed through along a laid out geological targeted zone. Since this deposit has a large exposed mineralized area , the company would also like to perform a 10,000 cubic meter bulk sample test by way of open pit mining technique. The work on the hard rock gold deposit will be financed from our placer mining revenues. The onsite mine manager has over 40 years of open pit mining experience and the companies field Geologist has over 45 years experience as a Professional Geologist ,that is a qualified person for writing a NI-43-101 technical report.
