The orientation will be that of an "Italian ristorante", which exclusively offers dishes, pizzas and wines of the Italian tradition.

This project is inspired by the knowledge, background and experience of its creator, Leandro Colaciello. A gastronomy professional who, at 37 years of age, has almost twenty years of experience in the sector.
The goals of the project are:
