A paint pen and writing pen that can write at any angle, AND on rough surfaces as well as smooth. I have a utility patent, it can (probably will be) be as disruptive to the market as an atomic bomb is to a City. I have worked many jobs using paint pens and every design I have used is just good enough to work, I hate the designs that are out there, AND SO DID ALL MY CO-WORKERS!! Honestly, the fact that nobody has come up with a better design than the junk out there is shocking to me.
My experience using paint pens in the field is far more valuable than any amount of research, (no amount of research can tell you how much people hate your product) I know the prototype that I have created will annihilate anything on the market that would potentially compete with it. My prototype can write at any angle continuously until it runs out of ink/paint, depending on wether it's a writing pen, or a paint pen. IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE PUMPED. Many people in construction/ the military need a pen that can write at any angle, (against a clip board). I need a partner or two to get this thing started. I don't mind it being contingent on me getting a large order first. I have used the very products I will be replacing, so... It's a no-brainer.
I have never run a company before, so I want people to help me with things that they learned in business school. I am open to the idea of just letting someone else make it and collecting a royalty off the top. I have already gone to the largest paint pen manufacturing companies, and they don't listen to anyone like myself. They have a lot of people just like me trying to get their attention, so my voice is drowned out. All that will change when I start cutting into their market share... But by then, why not just take the whole pie?
