I am a electronic music producer and DJ seeking $175,000 so that I can become a full-time touring Artist. I have already signed my first six track releases and have opened shows for six platinum recording artists in my career so far.

An investment of $175,000 would be used to grow my brand and allow me to release more high-quality tracks with assets behind them.

Investment Structure Overview:
The contents below are intended to serve as a baseline for negotiation with prospective investors, and are not legally binding

•Investor(s) will be entitled to a percentage of Lars DJ-related revenue (including but not limited to streaming revenue, merchandise sales, and performance revenue) ("Revenue") 
•Investor(s) entitled to a minimum payback of 2.0x invested capital (the "Baseline Minimum Return”)
•Mandatory payback will begin on the 5th anniversary of the first investor's investment, and will end on the 10th anniversary of the first investor's investment (termination of payments subject to investors' receipt of the Baseline Minimum Return)
•In the event investors receive 2.0x invested capital prior to the tenth anniversary, investors will continue to receive payments until the earlier of: 

- the receipt of 3.0x invested capital the "Baseline Maximum Return," OR  the 10th anniversary of the first investor's investment

Syndicate Investor Option(s) available starting at a minimum of $25K investment.

P.S. Did you know that in 2017, Steve Aoki played 166 shows? At his booking fee which ranges between $150-299K, it is same to assume that he generated over $25m in Gross Revenue.
