Multi-Business LLC, with two partner/owner/officers. The name is ProTurnkey services LLC. We each have a business under this parent name that we each focus on. However, our graphics and design business is where we have the best talent, capability, and upside. I am also opening a commercial cleaning business. I used to own a cleaning service in the early 90s for multiple years and before I sold, I had gross sales over $500k, margins of 20-25% giving me a net of approx $100k. I could have quadrupled this in another 1-2 years but had a young family that needed my attention. I am now in the marketing, equipment acquisition, and sales prep stage for the cleaning business. My partner is a Graphical artist with extreme talent that also gets into editing, translating, book covers, Photo shop, logos, commercials, invitations, etc. My partner has the greatest bandwidth for growth and has done several great commercial jobs and many smaller private jobs. One niche service she offers is a before and after looking for a commercial painting business. The painting company uses this tool to allow the potential client a look at what their house would look like with the chosen color. Thus, allowing them to change it. We can turn these around within an hour and charge by the job. So far, the paint company's customers love the service, and we are currently using this to obtain more painting and remodeling companies. My partner is just in the beginning stages of sales and getting the company name out there. She has huge portfolio of work and has many satisfied customers. This business has the most upside for incremental growth in the 100's of thousands, if we can get the money for marketing and sales assistance, as well as purchase of some additional hardware, more robust commercial S/W subscriptions and certain certifications. We would focus on growing the graphics business first as the market has allot of opportunity, with margins well over 100% I have been in management and operations my entire career (supply chain) and have a good focus on disciplined money management, but, still capable of taking a calculated risk to hit the bullseye when needed. My partner has a degree in finance, although, most of her education was in the arts. So, she is a perfect fit for a design business. She is also a Minority woman, and we are applying for a MWBE certification that will assist us in bringing in allot of government work as well as private company work where they need a percentage of minority spend. We would also use any investment money to assist in getting the certifications which depending on outside assistance can range from $2 - $3k to get. The Graphics business is called Language Made Visual. We would be willing to focus strictly on this business if the right investor wanted that as a focus.
