A new life landscaping

I want to start up a landscaping/ mowing , and snow removal business  so that I can make a difference  for my community  and also give a lot of others that need help after incarceration,by offering jobs   and help getting back on their feet.  I want help try and find homes and apartments for them as well.  But in the meanwhile I would like to have a house next to the mower shop for them to stay at first as long as they are making meetings and staying sober.  I am a firm believer if you can teach someone a trade,  they can do it anywhere.   It gives a sense of pride and purpose.  If a man works and can pay his bills , I think  it is half of the getting sober process ... he doesn’t have nearly as much reason to feel depressed.    If someone will please help me make my dream come true I know I can help others so much .   I have been sober 2 years now and I have been mowing professionally since 2002 I understand how the business works inside and out and will make it profitable .  And can teach many more to do it.  I already have the backbone of experience and help to get this off the ground. I just need the equipment and I can turn this into a large employer and sober environment for this town.   I live in the sea coast New England area. So there is an overwhelming need for mowing companies.      Many  other landscaping companies  turn down work daily.     I have networking around the area and will have no trouble finding the properties to maintain.    I could guarantee by the second season I could easily have two three men crews  at least two female office workers,  and I will of course be running everything through accounting.  ..
