I am the sole owner/creator. I was scammed by the previous tenant, who became my landlord. He created situations that saw a 5 month delay in opening. I still needed to pay rent but no revenue was coming in. Other situations happened and I decided to Collect my belongings and get out. I used my life savings and Mother and Father’s Inheritance. At this moment, I lost it all. BUT, I can get it back. The main landlord was told what happened to me. They apologized and offered my renovated space back. But the Owner deemed it high risk, which I am not, I followed my lease. I am in need of $50 000 Canadian Dollars to secure the space. Though at any moment, even as you read this, another company or person may walk in and handover a deposit, and Then I lose everything . I am asking for lending as I will return the money in full with interest or conditions set. I see the funds and rewards being returned by Nov or Dec 2022. Because of a new program being offered By the Government of Canada. This exciting and well-needed program will allow small business owners to receive a line of credit through the government of Canada and not have to go through the banking system. Therefore I would use my line of credit to return your funds. Unfortunately, this program will start in September 2022, therefore I am two months short of a tanning the line of credit today. I have nowhere else to turn to, the banks will not help because of the COVID-19 situation that happened. I am presently working now and could start to repay the lending of the money immediately. First of its kind. Brand new concept and dining category. Nothing like this has been seen or done. Fine dining is done Fast! Plated and served within 4-5 mins. Pioneering a new food category called 'Fast-fine'.
Opened a pop-up, unexpectantly, for 4 weeks, the reviews are outstanding! Newspapers and special mention on the Top 10 New Restaurants You Must Try List. Our Google listing has us at the very Top with 5 Stars listed. I took a chance and it works! The cooking technique, extremely healthy, flavourful but most incredible is the texture of the product. It is outstanding. We will save money in all departments. Labour, Inventory, P&L, even the opening of new restaurants as it is only maybe 1/3rd of the price to open, compared to all other restaurants. The equipment needed is minimal. And the pricing is very low. The location was purposely picked. Right in the middle of the financial district of Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Our target guests are Business Women and Men. We are giving them their lunch break time, back to them. If anyone wanted to have a fine dining meal at lunch, one would have to go to a fine-dining establishment. There, the whole experience from start to finish, on average, takes 1 hour 30 mins. The majority of that time is waiting for the food to be made then served. Our restaurant will have the food on a plate as soon as the guest orders. Thus, on average 4 mins to plate an order with proper staffing. This will see the delivery of food is done almost immediately- 'FAST.' The plates will be plated with the mindset of plating and having the dish look like it is from a high-end fine dining restaurant, The service will be attentive, knowledgeable, polite, kind, skillful, mature, experienced and approachable. 'FINE'. That is what I call, the new term/food genre "Fast-Fine Dining". We are giving the Business People their time back.
The rent is the lowest of all the surrounding buildings. The menu will be limited to 6-7 dishes (depending on which service lunch or dinner) 2-3 appetizers, 4-5 Main courses, 2-3 desserts. The menu will change every week. The menu will be designed and created by the kitchen staff. Therefore we have eliminated the Executive Chef position, saving anywhere from $90,000.00 and upwards. There is so much new and exciting talent out there today. They have the skills and knowledge to create and then have the spotlight shine upon them for their dish. We are breaking all the rules. We are saying goodbye to the culinary brigade chain of command.
Future plans = Expansion of full-service restaurants in major cities like Toronto, Ottawa, merchandising (product in grocery stores, also Sysco will deliver to other clients), franchising (a smaller version of sit down restaurant, but only offered in High-End Food Halls or high-end Food Courts), I reached out to the JR Group who will be operating the new food hall/court in the new Amazon Headquarters at The Post, one bock away from the now first restaurant. They are ecstatic, They took my information and we will discuss placement when they are ready to do so. Catering department, and expansion into the USA Market. And so much more.
Business and Financial Plans are completed by THE 15 GROUP - RESTAURANT CONSULTING COMPANY. I am very excited to say that I opened the restaurant extremely below the quoted numbers from The 15 Group. A savings of over $700,000.00. Needless to say, after my consultation and review of the financial and business plans done by The 15 Group, I did not return to continue the project with that company.
To find an investor with the knowledge or the resources in building this brand or marketing, etc, would be incredible.
