We will offer shop service and 24hr roadside service as well. A full parts warehouse will be established for most makes and models. We will team with only the best manufacturers of trailers and mark large purchases to shave off the price points of the sale. We will have a massive online marketing platform with up to date inventory and financing options. This will be a 10 acre facility with 3-6 bay shop right off interstate. We will utilize billboards, online platform and other methods to bring in the clientele. The market has increased over 11% this year and South Texas needs someone other than Big Tex for trailers. There are a few mid size trailer sales in the area but there numbers are low as they do not spend the capital to market their business as we will. We are looking for a 3MM investment. 2MM will be spent on Inventory assets, prime storefront location, and parts inventory with the remaining 1MM for capital to negotiate long term deals with the core manufactures we will have in our lot.
