Part 1:
Kinzie Productions and the Arch Ensemble are seeking funding partners to inspire, educate, and emphasize how classical music can positively impact our physiology by broadening our understanding of classical music, reintroducing it into the fabric of everyday life, and offering performances that feature a variety of works from St. Louis based composers, female composers, and music from around the world. Guests will engage in history lessons, meet professional musicians, and have the opportunity to try out various classical string instruments.
Part 2:
Kinzie Productions and the Arch Ensemble are seeking funding partners to inspire, educate, and emphasize how classical music can positively impact our physiology by broadening our understanding of classical music and reintroducing it into the fabric of everyday life. We will do this by embedding classical performances within existing community sites, where audiences can not only listen but also engage with music history lessons in the context of the performance and try out classical instruments. Concerts will feature various works from St. Louis-based composers and guest performers, including works by David Stone Hamilton, Darwin Aquino, Fred Onovwerosuoke, and John Meurer, as well as female composers and classical music worldwide. Performances will be direct contributions to the community and will be available to the public via social media and YouTube. Our individual professional performance experience includes the Saint Louis Symphony, Gateway Festival Orchestra, Saint Louis Philharmonic, and the Saint Louis Bach Society. We have performed at St. Rita Church, The Chapel, The Blue Strawberry, First Congregational Church of Webster Grove, Opera Theater of Saint Louis, and many more community outreach performances.
