I want to turn a residential home into a BB or rental. I currently provide property management services in the local area. I have an interest in a local property that has potential for the vacationer, tourist or short-term rental. The property is located in a semi-rural area in a small town outside of Buffalo, NY. The split-level brick house is situated on a hillside with surrounding trees and open yard space overlooking a small lake. There are many attractions around the area and tourist destinations minutes away catering to both summer and winter seasons.
