Our unique school bus design and school cafeteria-inspired menu set us apart from other brands in the industry. Furthermore, our commitment to giving back and increasing accessibility gives us an edge.
The shipping process requires precision when it comes to meal kit boxes with perishable items, as they must remain cold and fresh when delivered. Thus, we ensure accuracy and efficiency by pre-determining the cooling method, shipping service, and cost of each box prior to shipment.

Business Structure
Jo Baby’s is a sole proprietorship structured as an LLC. Keyaira Braxton is the owner and CEO. As the business expands, Jo Baby’s will become franchised trademarked corporation.
Keyaira Braxton has always had a passion for being in the kitchen with her grandmother assisting her cook. As the eldest sibling, Keyaira found herself preparing meals very often. At the age of 11, she cooked an entire meal for her family. Even though she didn’t pursue culinary school, she exercised her talent by cooking for family and friends all throughout life. Keyaira obtained a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Master’s in Business Administration. After working in corporate for 8 years, Keyaira decided to step out on faith and purse her dream of starting her own business, Jo Baby’s. Keyaira has very strong analytical, time-management, organization, and financial skills. Most of her skills she has learned while working in corporate are transferable (see Linkedin Profile)
Services
Since COVID mobile food options have increased to due pandemic restrictions. Food is a necessity for human beings, and we need more healthier food alternatives. Jo Baby’s is designed to speak to your soul whether you are 4 years old or 40 years old, but also add quality to your life through our cuisines. The potential market is essentially everyone, hence why this is a mobile food operation. Jo Baby’s will market to everyone specially to promote balanced and disciplined nutrition. Additional services will be offered in underprivileged areas to provide access to nutritional options that are not available to them.
Our products and services will add quality to our customer’s lives and hopefully benefit their positive mindset. All my products and services will be offered with love which will always give me a competitive advantage. My principles for my business resemble the ones I live by in real life.
All the menu items will provide comfort and love in addition to healthier alternatives. All lunches will include notes that include positive affirmations, scriptures, or positive speak. Jo Baby’s menu will consist of everyday menu items with weekly cuisine specials that alternate each week (see Appendix: Menu)

Eventually Jo Baby’s would also like to offer air fryers with changeable skins, lunch boxes and bags, homemade brand of trail mix, olive oils, and etc. Some of the items offered will be made from ingredients from the farm. One of the long-term goals is to keep up with and have a better control over the cost of food. As Jo Baby’s grows, we intend to sell produce and herbs.
Target Market
Our target buyers reside, shop, and work in the cities of Dallas, TX and surrounding areas within a 25-mile radius. Our food truck will be in these various locations throughout the week on a rotating schedule and will adjust the scheduling according to high-traffic and high-demand areas. We anticipate that 19- to 45-year-old patrons will make up 85% of our revenue. These will be business professionals making an income ranging from $50,000 to $300,000.
