Elderly, Disabled, Veteran American Community Housing Development Project

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

JMR Enterprises, LLC is developing a holding to facilitate research in order to determine the demand for this Community Development Project.

If data determines the need exists, we will create systems to acquire, equip and offer an Independent Living solution that will help address the problem of increasing homelessness and diminished quality of life due to living space barriers in the growing Elderly, Disabled and Veteran demographic.   No on-site care givers (at this stage).

Acquisitions, research and development, allocations of moneys, corporate trajectory and other performance metrics will be defined and optimized by a defined Advisory Board of Directors to be initially chosen by Dr. Roberts, and subsequently modified via standard voting procedures.  The advisory board will be engaged about the possibility of filing some or all of the holding or associated fund for 501(c)(3) status.

We intend to execute in 3 phases (Currently raising for Phase 1) and work with Local, State and Federal governments on two fronts:

1.  Identifying properties in Western Massachusetts (initially) that have city interest in developing in those cities who also have a Subsidized Housing Inventory greater than 10%.  Purchase these properties at a discounted offering.
2.  Subsidize qualified "Placed Individuals" (as defined in the business plan) rents, pay for housing modifications, etc…. Grants and bonds would be sought for expansion acquisitions.

In Phase 1:
Office space will be acquired and a website “ENGINE” will be developed.  The offering will be marketed to drive traffic to the ENGINE for data harvesting and screening for individuals in need.  Data harvested will be analyzed to optimize systems and scale to demand.  For applicants that pass initial screening criteria, a “MY HOME” portal will be created, where the individual, their Power of Attorney and assigned contact representative will have access and ability to complete all required activities.

Required activities to be conducted in MY HOME and researched include:

Dr. Roberts is the managing member of JMR Enterprises, LLC.  JMR Enterprises, LLC is the founding member of this holding (still to be formally branded).  Dr. Roberts completed his formal graduate education at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.  Because of his proven leadership abilities, he rapidly excelled in his career into corporate management before switching to institutional management of Health Systems.

Dr. Roberts left these positions to create a corporation of his own, and has a personal interest in assisting this specific demographic.   The income generated from this venture will be largely passive in nature and aligns with his special interest. 

Dr. Roberts bosts the opportunity to capitalize from becoming one of the original building blocks to a corporation designed to return value directly to an underserved and underrepresented sector of the community and consequently to the community as a whole.  NOTE* Dr. Roberts is not qualified to give investment advice, and potential investors should seek their own independent review of the merits of this opportunity.

Lastly, Dr. Roberts is in the process of enrolling in Graduate Business Schools to pursue an MBA with a concentration in Finance.  He is currently accepted to the University of Massachusetts- Lowell, and is still seeking acceptance to University of Pennsylvania - Wharton, and the University of Chicago - Booth.
