The increasing effort of the Government of Ghana to improve healthcare has witness the building of many hospitals and health care delivery centers. Whiles there is proliferation of hospitals and healthcare centers to provide health delivery, citizens are still struggling to fully benefit from health care delivery systems owing to lack of robust and quality medical laboratories to aid in diagnosis of health conditions as well as imaging. The number of medical laboratories in Ghana which have the capacity to provide all kinds of medical diagnostic services to the citizens are very few. There is therefore a huge gap in terms of medical laboratories services and imaging services in Ghana which cannot be meet by the government of Ghana. This creates an opportunity for private investment in modern laboratory and imaging services in Ghana precisely Accra the capital city. This opportunity culminated the establishment of JAX Laboratory and imaging services. The JAX Laboratory is a registered company with certified license to carry out medical laboratory and imagining services in Greater Accra Region of Ghana. JAX laboratory will be owned by Mr. Safo Donkor, Mr. Ben Justice Bribinti and Mrs. Lady Nicole Donkor who are the promoters and directors of the company. The core object of JAX Laboratory and Imaging Center is to conduct medical laboratory, imaging and research in various health areas as requested by physicians. It will entail testing for all health conditions, diagnostic services, scans, X-ray and general wellness check-ups.

The management positions of JAX Laboratory who will take charge of the day to day running of the Laboratory are CEO, HR Manager, Finance Director, procurement manager and general manger. These set of individuals are expected to ensure that JAX Laboratory perform highly in the medical delivery sector. The management will carefully recruit other employees to carry out their respective tasks such as acquiring medical and chemical equipment, hiring the best-suited employees, and administering day-to-day cases.

The clients of JAX laboratory will entail people of all ages who have any health challenge that requires testing, scanning, radiography among others. The focus will be on elderly who will visit us more. Considering that senior people need attention, care, and consideration, we aim at making special arrangements for them to ensure faster delivery of results to them. Another major client that will be handled by the company include referral cases from hospitals and health centers.

The target of JAX Laboratory is to become the most renowned and best medical laboratory service delivery firm in the Greater Accra Region. In addition, the management of JAX laboratory aimed at building a very long-lasting relations with our customers. JAX Laboratory will earn profits by providing high quality service to the clients.

JAX Laboratory and Imaging Center requires an investment of $3,000,000.00 to commence an ultramodern laboratory services in Ghana. The expected net earnings after interest and tax is an average of $600, 000.00 per annum within its first three years of operations.
