Modern Luxury Lighting and Home Furnishing company seeking funding to increase marketing budget. Our business is a mix of direct to consumer (60%) and trade partners (40%). We are seeking to expand our business to focus more on the hospitality design community-restaurant and botique hotels, as well as the ulta high net worth community--yacht refitting (decorative lighting and furnishing). We would also like to explore 3-D and possible development of a "metaverse location" --virtual showroom. Our competition is quite a bit larger than us, so we are looking to navigate a smaller niche that they may not be exploring because the "volume" may not be there.
In addition to over 150 Vendors, we also have "Interior Deluxe" branded fixtures and have several that are very poplular. We would like to expand the "Branded" side with possible UL certification and purchase of inventory that is "on hand".

We customers around the globe, and as a small business in today's climate, we need a injection of capital to be able to continue to compete and expand.
