Integrity Consulting Services LLC was founded out of demand for assistance in the meat industry with both sales and procurement. The owner, James Gilbert has nearly 20 years of experience and a very positive reputation in the meat industry. The business currently has two models in which it operates. The first is a simple trading model. Our suppliers are primarily US meat plants, and our customers are smaller processors or distributors in both the US and Mexico. Each trades nets a minimum of 8% margin, with an average of 12%. Integrity also has sales connections in most Latin American countries as James speaks Spanish fluently, and was the head of export sales for a large pork producer in the US. This side of the business can be very lucrative as US suppliers for the most part do not sell directly to foreign customers. The risk is mitigated by using a receivable insurance policy. The other side of the business is a consulting model. Many small companies in the US do not have the connections or manpower to effectively operate a procurement team. Integrity Consulting can either handle the procurement entirely or offer hourly assistance for the creation of a long-term strategy. The more small businesses that utilize Integrity for procurement, the better our buying power becomes, and ultimately will allow a more competitive advantage in this space. Integrity is currently limited by minimal capital. We are looking to expand our scope and grow by either accepting investors or looking at increased lines of credit.
