Lenders, INC is a lead generation tool by allowing quick access to refis and a tool for enhancing relationships with agents as their proffered lender. Lenders that offer this tool to agents will retain more agents and increase their loan flow.
Vendors, INC will be a lead generation system that will allow them to grow their business one 5-Star job at a time.
Funding
I am looking for seed money to start developing INC. I am starting with a MVP, using the MVP to do some market research and fine tune the end user experience. Then work with a dev company and follow my roadmap to completion. I have 3 phases of funding planned for this project.
Phase One: Venture Capital Funding ($50,000.00 Goal)

Risk Analysis
The risk lies in the possibility of slow growth. I plan on mitigating this by launching the platform with an introductory period to my brokerage (11,000 agents nationwide), to my lender partners in TX, and I plan to act as a rep to teams and lenders in SD.
The other risk is that the subscriptions grow too fast. This is the best-case scenario and will require aggressive scaling of servers/employees.
About me
My name is Anthony Rea and I am a realtor in San Diego, CA. I've been in real estate in one way or another for 2 years. I started with investing in some out of state properties and now I've transitioned full time as a realtor from my City of San Diego job of 14 years. When I was with the city I worked in the public safety sector, preforming boating enforcement, EMT for medicals and public safety scuba diving. I am very passionate about real estate, and I really want to offer my clients more than the average agent.
