SKALLYWAGS
- Imagineering Unlimited is a Wyoming based limited liability partnership start-up with permission to operate in Florida and 6 other southern states.
- Our company’s flagship themed adventure park represents a game-changer in the entertainment industry.
- SKALLYWAGS, a pirate themed 100 acre adventure park, will be located in Florida a few miles north from Orlando, Florida.
- Our Mission: To present shock and awe, to surprise and delight all guests from toddlers to grandparents. We replace long waiting lines for a three minute thrill with hours of satisfying physical activity.
- The heart and soul of SKALLYWAGS are the half-day adventures aboard our ten realistic pirate ships on our private lake. Now, novices can pilot slow moving pontoon ships to fight the enemy with long range water cannons. By scoring hits on five targets, this kills the electric propulsion units, rendering the enemy dead in the water for five minutes, forcing them to surrender their treasure.
- Back on dry land, guests can choose from an amazing variety of classic pirate themed activities. “It’s all pirates, all the time.”
- Meals are served in a huge mess tent in communal passing platters of simple nutritious food down long tables. There are only two cardinal rules: (1) if you can’t finish it, don’t take it, and (2) you can’t sit where you just sat. This rule is designed to separate friends and families to encourage meeting new friends.
Reasons SKALLYWAGS Will Prosper
- SKALLYWAGS is scalable. Our first park is a prototype for the 7 parks we have planned. We have set up strategic risks to take so that the lessons we will learn can be extrapolated to all the parks.
- Designed to be low-tech, thus eliminating high cost experts or specialized professions or equipment.
- Staff and workforce are trained and skillful at “surface mining:” all equipment and building materials are recycled.
- A 6 month soft opening starts generating income immediately.
- Our founders are all highly experienced in our chosen theme, some with over fifteen years of full time participation.
- All advertising utilized inexpensive guerilla methodologies.
- All permanent staff will be offered stock options, making up 10% of the company.
- The big three of the most profitable uses of raw land are: theme parks, recreational vehicles, and camp/tourist attractions.
- We are seeking the least expensive remote land possible, as our park will be hidden as a secret pirate hideout.
- Our theme has a massive American following. Pirate lore has been a favorite Hollywood theme for 60+ years.
