IFly Destin

We have held exclusivity with the iFly indoor skydiving franchise over the last year, to build an iFly in the most sought after market in the US (Destin FL.).  With 3 major markets to draw from: local enthusiasts, tourism, and military training. Our 37 years of combined military leadership experience in special operations, and a vast network within the skydiving and indoor skydiving communities, we are confident in our ability to operate very successfully.  Destin Florida is destination to nearly 8 million tourists annually. Additionally, Destin is home to several special operations groups who are consistent users and capable of bolstering annual revenue as much as 500k-1 million. 

We have thoroughly developed our plan over the last two years, working closely with a  special operations veteran and prior owner of 2 iFly wind tunnels (Bill Adams), whom has since developed nearly 20 iFly wind tunnels as a project manager and consultant. Together we have closely analyzed the market conditions, identified a prime real estate location and prepared accurate financial projections and budgets. 

Between my wife and I we possess nearly 40 years of military leadership experience, Bachelor degrees in business management and leadership, as well as an insatiable drive to succeed. There is no such thing as a “sure thing” when it comes to business, but we believe through our due diligence and expertise in the industry we come as close to it as possible.
