Hudson's on the Bend has operated for over 35 years, established in 1984. With Chef Jeff Blank at the helm and his wife Sarah, Hudson's on the Bend quickly became known for its unique cuisine, which combined flavors from Texas, the Southwest, and international influences.

Bringing back this iconic fine dining restaurant, Chef Joseph Farner, wife Carlin, and partner Danny Romo together have 85 years in the industry to create an exceptional dining experience.  Chef Joseph Farner is a well known culinary expert in Austin with over 25 years in the food industry. He has established himself as a skilled and innovative chef, known for his passion for food by enhancing and intensifying ingredients, he creates a more enjoyable and satisfying culinary experience. The food speaks for itself.
