Home health agency

My company is a home health agency called Live Strong Home Health. We provide home health care services to patients who require medical care and personal care from the comfort of their own home or living space. My team Includes myself  as the Owner/Operator and a Registered Nurse, an Administrator, 2 additional Registered nurses and a Certified Nursing assistant. I also intend to grow staff once  revenue increases. Market research indicates that there is a significant need for quality home health care in Miami Dade and parts of Broward county. The market size, measured by revenue, of home health care in Florida industry is $8.0bn in 2022 and has grown 2.5% per year since 2017. My company offers unique additional services that most companies do not offer which include, but not limited to, home health of neonates and home infusions as well as the standard home health care services for adults, pediatric patients and the disabled. All pricing will be set according to Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, voucher programs, and other insurance regulations so pricing is not a major factor of consideration. Sales estimates project healthy revenues in the first year and modest increases through year three. There are several different home care agencies in Miami Dade and Broward County and most only offer personal care services which does not medically provide what they need. The home health agencies that does offer skilled nursing care are not well educated and competent to provide quality care to patients to prevent hospital readmissions. Live Strong home health will provide our clients with organized and responsive management of their health and wellbeing so that we can become the Home health agency of choice in the Miami dade and Broward county area. Currently as a Registered Nurse I work in Multiple Specialties in multiple hospitals and have connections to Doctors and social services in the hospitals to gain clients upon discharge. Im also in the process of getting a consultant to assist me in all of the legal documents and policies and procedures to run the business. The amount that I'm requesting is minimum 300k to get the business up and running. This business has the potential to grow regardless of the competition. Hospitals are short staffed and becoming a scary place for elderly patients because of lack of quality of care. Home health is more affordable to patients than hospitals stays and very profitable for investors.
