I am looking for help from you for start up costs for an SBA loan. I would need $50,000 in order to get the business up and running. This money would allow me to buy the business from the current owner, fund my inventory to keep my store running, and buy my lease and other fees. The company provides all necessary training once we purchase the franchise. We also have the ability to have another franchise owner come and help the first week to get things running. This funding will open up so many doors for my family and I and we are so excited for the experience to finally become business owners.

We are projecting to make $200,000 in our first year owning the business, and have some great plans to generate even more traffic and sales into our store. Currently there is around $100,000 in inventory which we will expand on as soon as we take over. With these added events we could generate another +$50,000 in sales or more. This is the only RC shop in Duluth area so it gives us an advantage for all of the traffic to come our way. We are looking to use around $10,000 of our funds just in advertising to get the word out to our audience. This shop has so much potential and already seeing the footsteps we need to succeed. The opportunities Hobby Town will bring are endless and we can't wait to get started.
