Higher Grounds

Higher Grounds is aiming to become a major marijuana producer and retailer that has the world at heart. There are so many businesses making so much money and not doing anything with it that matters to or helps anyone. Yes, recreational sales do provide tax money to the government but that is good but the furthest I've seen it get. I am a medical cardholder that supports marijuana in every way. My hometown was hit hard by covid and fentanyl addiction,  this drought, and everything else the world is getting hit by but we see that as an open door. Higher Grounds will be a New Mexico micro business that is one of the first of its kind here since it was barely legalized recreationally in this state.  What happened to those 14-gram buds that were so sticky it would stick to your hands after handling it?  We are into quality, not quantity.  We have major advantages such as location that this is a recreational lake town. It is so busy because we are literally an oasis in the desert. One of the largest lakes in New Mexico is here and this is where most of eastern New Mexico and West Texas come to get away and relax. I am from here so I know most of the people who live here and being a bartender at the local sports bar for 14 years let me get to know the people regularly visiting here and what they want.  It's too bad the closest dispensary is 100 miles away. We should fix that problem. We are good with the already developed market we will supply. We are not one of these places that appeal to kids.  We see our market as made, not encouraging our youth to use.  As for being productive to society, we will start locally. The taxes will help the state and community with the budget but we want to do more. Higher Grounds is willing to donate a percentage of every transaction to developing three nonprofit organizations that will come to the aid of our veterans, our youth, inmates, surrendered animals, and last but not least our planet. We know the importance of fossil fuels and electricity but also recognize how we could implement solar energy as well. We even have a smaller scale greenhouse built and working to show that. Low cost, recycled material, and the very minimum monthly bill. We have a huge demand with no local supply in this area. By starting this business in my rural community would be a huge help in providing jobs because there aren't many jobs here. I know several people who lost their job with the pandemic that are good, hard workers and are ready to return to work. I am one of them. I have already put together a killer team that will be the foundation of Higher Grounds and it looks promising. We are trying to raise $200,000.00 this would include the property for the office and growing grounds, the licenses, and payroll to start with. We could do it with less but i want to make sure I can pay my workers well.  As I said, we want to promote good vibes with our large variety of buds from top-notch to budget-friendly buds.
