TeamLogicIT is a Managed Services Provider franchise located in the Houston Galleria area of Texas. We provide quality technology services and advisory to small and medium enterprises to support their business and reduce or eliminate their technology challenges.
2. Your Team - Who is on your team.
In the first year my team will consist of me – the owner, the senior engineer/Level 3 technician, and one help desk support analyst. More team members will be added as the business grows.
3. Problem - What problem is there and how big is the market.
There is a problem of underserviced or poorly services small and medium enterprises, the big MSPs provide quality services for their clients but are too big to service SMEs/ Smaller MSPs do not have the leverage to provide services that compare to the large MSPs and that leaves a dearth of quality
4. Solution - How do you uniquely solve that problem.
TeamlogicIT is a nationwide network of MSP franchises that has the leverage of big MSPs but service small and medium businesses. We have the resources – expertise and manpower that can be leveraged within the network of franchises to support customers across the country.
5. Business Model - How do you make money.
The business will make money by selling different categories of services to clients. These services include Hourly, Managed, and Project Services. Products sales and Technology advisory services will also be included.
6. Competition - Who is already in the market.
The Houston market is quite competitive, there are a couple of MSPs of note in the Houston Galleria area: CMIT Solutions, they offer the same type of services but typically carter to larger companies.

My company will utilize the franchise marketing systems to engage targeted customers and convert prospects, but organic growth

I have registered in a Business networking group and already made contacts with potential customers and references

I need financing for operational expenses, up to $100, 000. O[erational expenses
10. Projections - What does winning look like if it all works out.
If I follow the well-laid-out franchise marketing system, the business should break even by the 11th month from opening; afterward the business is projected to become profitable by the end of the second year.
