My company, High Sierra Investments, has been buying equity in the cannabis space for almost 2 years now. We're getting ready for cannabis to become legal federally, meaning big buyouts. I own Tree Frog Delivery in Sacramento CA and a dispensary being built out in LA with a company called Pineapple Ventures. I've been mentored by my good friend Sal, who owns Budee and has offered to sell it to me. He's not listing the company any time soon but has asked if I'm interested. It's going to be a big deal but with the right people I believe we can take this over. Budee currently serves LA, San Diego, and Sacramento areas with an expanding footprint doing almost $13 million in revenue per year. Sal has agreed to accept in the ballpark of $8-10 million asking price and an owner carry-back of 30%, however we are going to get the company valuated by Green Grow, so the asking price could change.
