I am the Executive Chairman of the private company Hemp-Solutions, Inc. that was formed more than a year ago to take advantage of the opportunity that has developed to provide Industrial Hemp processing to produce hemp hurd and hemp fiber for the wholesale markets. Many farmers are now wanting to grow the very profitable hemp plant since its legalization throughout the US in the 2018 Farm Bill but there is almost no commercial hemp processing facilities available to purchase and process their crop. Hemp-Solutions, Inc. is raising an initial $1,000,000 first round financing to purchase processing equipment as well as to purchase a Public Shell company to enable Hemp-Solutions to become a public company.
