Currently, we are consulting with a well known, well established, Non-Profit Private School that is seeking Tax Equity Financing/Investors to purchase a gas-fired Combined Heat and Power (CHP) system to replace their existing electric system which produces ice for the hockey rink.
The School, since it is a Not-for-Profit entity, would like to take advantage of any ITC tax credits and depreciation that would normally be available to Private, for profit, companies.
