TeleHealth and Remote Patient Monitoring Services. We have spent the last 3.5 years building, testing, expanding. By the end of last year, during Covid, we had our first 2 contracts. We went live with real patients in March of this year.
The funds to support the IT/Development Department came from:
1) I sold to an existing partner an additional 10% of the company for $35K.
2) We had sales for a total of $65k in two months.
This cash helped us debug, upgrade, gather data, listen to patients, doctors and nurses.
Because of Covid and its new "D" variant, Hospitals are getting busy again with this new wave, which for us translate into being too expensive for a doctors' group or hospital to pay $250 per month per patient for our service. The Doctors' focus and the need is back to Video Consultation, which is one of the modules in our services. We have created a new version just with HIPAA compliant Video Consultation which we will sell at a lower price since no Tablet is needed. Patients who need the complete Monitoring Service, will receive the complete kit with Tablet and all Bluetooth Peripherals.
We now need to enhance our infrastructure and add other services to compete in the "New-Normal" arena. Need interconnectivity with hospital systems, migrate to Amazon Health, add Artificial Intelligence, add Predictive Analytics Algorithm and take this baby to the next level.
This is the future of Health Care in this country and around the World as well. Thanks to Covid and the Pandemic, TeleHealth is now at the Front Line of Health Care.
